What does a new client from a directory cost you?

Add each paid listing and what it costs a month, how many inquiries they bring, and how many inquiries turn into clients. Then compare with an SEO plan, using your own guess of search inquiries once it is working.

Enter what you actually pay each month. Prices change, so check your own invoices.

Your own estimate. We don't predict this number.

Monthly costNew clients a monthCost per new client
Directory listings$01.6$0
Golden plan$2351.6$147

A comparison of your own numbers, not a forecast. Search visibility takes months to build, so the SEO row describes a later month, not the first one. Keeping both is a reasonable choice.

How to read the result

Cost per new client = monthly cost / (inquiries a month x the share that become clients). A listing that costs little but brings poorly matched inquiries can still be expensive in consult time, which this doesn't count.

Directories and your own site are not either-or. The question is where the next dollar does the most, and whether you want a source you own. For the wider picture, see marketing for therapists.
