This policy explains what happens to information you send through therapistseo.company. In short: we collect only what you choose to send, use it to reply to you, and don't sell it or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email address, practice name, website and your message or answers.
- Technical data needed to run the site: our host and our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) process your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and stop automated abuse.
We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or cookies for tracking. Please don't send health information or anything about your clients; we don't need it and we don't ask for it.
How we use it
- To reply to you and send what you asked for, such as a visibility review or a payment link.
- To keep a record of your request in our email system and a contact list, so we can follow up on it.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Cloudflare provides the spam check on forms and our email forwarding.
- Brevo delivers form emails and stores your contact details in our contact list.
How long we keep it
Messages and contact records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to support@therapistseo.company. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for practice owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
